Returns & Refunds

Hyperheat manufactures products in-house, including standard and personalised items. This policy explains your cancellation and return rights.

1. Standard products

For eligible non-personalised products purchased online, you have 14 days after receiving your goods to tell us you wish to cancel, without needing to give a reason.

After notifying us of cancellation, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.

To cancel, email [email protected] or write to our postal address below. Include your order number where possible. You may use the cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage. We recommend obtaining proof of posting.

We will refund the purchase payment and any applicable standard outward delivery charge, using your original payment method, without charging a refund fee. We may wait until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier, before issuing the refund. The refund will then be made within the applicable legal deadline of 14 days.

We may reduce a refund where handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods has diminished their value, as permitted by law.

2. Personalised products

Products genuinely personalised for you, such as items manufactured with your chosen name, custom wording or individual specifications, are generally exempt from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.

This exception does not apply merely because an item is manufactured after you place an order. Products will be identified as personalised where relevant.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Your statutory consumer rights apply to all products, including personalised products.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us with your order details and an explanation of the problem. We will provide the remedy required by UK consumer law, which may include a refund, repair or replacement. Where the law requires us to cover reasonable return costs for faulty goods, we will do so.

4. No additional voluntary returns

Hyperheat does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns beyond applicable statutory cancellation rights.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
